Curfew & Check-out
Our curfew is 11:00 PM.
All entrances will be locked after 11:00 PM.
Please make sure to return by 11:00 PM if you go out.
Check-out time is by 10:00 AM.
Luggage storage and delivery arrangements after check-out are available at the front desk.
No Smoking
Our entire facility, including all guest rooms, is non-smoking.
Smoking inside guest rooms or anywhere within the building, including hallways (this includes heated tobacco products), is strictly prohibited.
For those who wish to smoke, outdoor smoking areas are available near the 1st-floor and basement 1st-floor entrances.
※ Smoking areas are closed after 11:00 PM.
※ If smoking or bringing in cigarette butts inside guest rooms or hallways is discovered, a cleaning fee and a penalty of 100,000 yen will be charged.
If the smell cannot be removed and the guest room becomes unfit for sale, additional compensation will be requested for the entire period during which the room cannot be sold. Please be aware of this in advance.
Emergency Exits
Information on the location of emergency exits is provided on the inside of your guest room door.
Please check in advance to be prepared in case of an emergency.
