Use of Mobile Battery Chargers
To ensure a safe and comfortable stay, we kindly ask for your cooperation when using mobile battery chargers (rechargeable lithium-ion batteries) in guest rooms. Please observe the following guidelines.
Precautions When Using Mobile Battery Chargers
1. Please unplug your mobile battery charger when leaving the room.
There is a risk of fire or malfunction during charging. Please avoid leaving batteries charging while you are away from the room.
2. Be mindful of where you charge your device.
Avoid charging near windows with direct sunlight, near curtains, or on bedding or other flammable materials.
3. Check the device regularly while it is charging.
If you notice unusual heat, smoke, deformation, or odor, stop using the battery immediately and move it to a safe location.
4. Do not use damaged or swollen batteries.
If a battery shows cracks, deformation, or excessive heat, please discontinue use.
5. Handling during housekeeping
For guests staying multiple nights, if housekeeping staff find mobile batteries in an unsafe condition or charging in hazardous locations, they may reposition the battery for safety. Thank you for your understanding.
6. Additional requests
